The Sorrel Horse is located just outside the village of Barham in the Heart of Suffolk just 5 miles from the centre of Ipswich. The Pub complements its surroundings perfectly, a picture postcard property that is the epitome of what a country pub should be. It has an extensive beer garden to the rear with a children's play area and heated smoking area. To the side is a separate accommodation block, consisting of 8 well maintained rooms, most of which are ensuite. Inside the inn the country theme continues with exposed beams throughout and enormous inglenook fireplaces. If you need to work away from the office we are wi-fi enabled at no extra charge. |

Breda, Matthew and Philip welcome all to the Sorrel Horse. As a family we have run this pub for over 20 years. We have continually developed and increased trade through the addition of a children's play area's, accommodation, smoking area, marquee, well maintained gardens and of course the traditional home cooked pub food. We also offer small functions either in the bar or during the warmer periods you can have the use of our marquees. |
