The perfect place to stay near Ipswich. Lovely room, quiet and clean. Excellent country pub that hasn't been ruined by the gastro crew! Pub separate to the accommodation, great atmosphere, very impressive food with proper veg, nice landlord, well kept ale; Adnams Old Ale, topped off with a perfect cooked breakfast. I will be back.- B
Visit when I have work in the area. Nine years on still as good as ever. No better choice. Accommodation comfortable and warm. Excellent choice of food and all well prepared and served. Locals and staff always friendly that leads to a good night. Look forward to my next stay. - David S
